So says MSNBC regarding the American student killed in Italy. Like she'd NOT be an innocent victim if she'd had a drink or smoked a joint.

made a real effort to point out that she was "an innocent victim" because there was no trace of drugs or alcohol in her blood.

My point is that she'd still be an innocent victim had she had a drink.

4. They do love to blame the victim, especially if it's a woman
"Were you wearing a miniskirt? Were you walking alone? Were you wearing your hair down? Did you go to a bar? Did you date a lot of men?" The list goes on and it's nauseating.

If she'd ever taken a drink or smoked a joint, then they could breathe easier because that would prove she asked for her own murder and their own pure little girls would be safe.
