He could be the old lion of the bounty hunters.

2. You really don't like Senator Byrd, Do You?
If you feel that strongly about it, and as long as you're a legal resident of West Virginia, do something besides bitch!!

I'm not completely happy with the old man myself, but if you know of another person who can beat him in the next election, then light a fire under them and get them to run, or put your name in the hat.

Byrd represents his constituents, who most likely felt the same way he did at one time, but like him they've either changed their views or toned them down, I'm not sure which!

But until the people of West Virginia decide on a change there isn't a hell of a lot you or anyone else can do about it, so let it go already, because it's beginning to sound like a skipping record.

Have a nice day.:)

3. I think he'd be a much more sympathetic figure if
I think he'd be a much more sympathetic figure if he was a decent human being.

I'm beginning to think you're quite the fan-boy of this mullet-headed, half-educated, Australopithecus, and are diligently attempting to portray him as a victim.

But here's a little head's up for you-- in 2007, anyone who uses the word "nigger" as an epithet is not deserving of sympathy. Pity for his hubris? Maybe. But not sympathy...

5. He'd be more sympathetic if he wasn't a B*sh-idolizing, RACIST sack of crap.
It'll take more than a piece of paper in his pocket to change that.

7. ... if he hadn't gotten caught on tape breaking the law.
Edited on Thu Nov-08-07 02:11 PM by NorthernSpy
Threatening someone's employment for having an interracial relationship is ILLEGAL. I don't want to hear any more of this whining about "how could Tucker betray his old man by making the tapes public?"

:eyes:

The "Dog" broke the law with his threats, and his son got him to repeat that shit, and got proof. No pity from me for the poor "betrayed" cro-mag.

:nopity:

10. He is not , was not, and never will be a sympathetic character
He's a former criminal who should still be in prison for the crimes he committed and found a niche exploiting the sad lives of non-violent drug offenders that skipped bail. Even before all this racist stuff about him came out, I always thought he was a dipshit. The way his show pumps up the chase for his "fugitives" with the suspenseful music you'd think they were chasing Hannibal Lecter, and then when they catch the individual, it's usually someone that's having a hard time in their lives and starts crying. He represents everything that is wrong with law enforcement and the drug war in this country. He makes it a sport, and profits off of it.

So what if he treats his prisoners decently? He's supposed to do that. They're all supposed to do that. He's still a leech that makes money off the misfortune of others. Fuck him and the phony horse he rode in on. I could care less if he spends the next ten years rotting in a Mexican jail.

Edited on Thu Nov-08-07 02:48 PM by tjwash
...make the people that they sell bonds to, sign an agreement that they can be filmed being chased by him if they skip out?

I don't know for sure, and quite frankly it's not worth the bandwidth and time to even do a search on it, but if that's the case, it makes it seem completely set up and phony to begin with. I know, it's shocking. A reality show that's as real as rasslin'
