If the Impeachment bid fails, Kucinich is the only worthy candidate.
If dickie and chimpy aren't Impeached and held accountable for their crimes, Kucinich is the one who has said upon taking office he will arrest them both.

If any of the others win, they will not touch it. They will want to "move forward, and forgive and forget past crimes." We might never see Justice.

Kucinich is the only one.

Go Dennis!

3. He will issue a warrant for their arrest.
That's what he said.

Or he could just declare them enemy combatants.

4. The president is part of the Executive branch, not Judiciary branch
Please tell me when in history a president has issued an arrest warrant?

6. Lincoln may have.
It is disputed, but apparently Lincoln had a Justice arrested. Undisputedly, the military arrested many in the early days of the Civil War.
