The most embarrassing threads get voted up to the front page.

This "send the person backwards" thing is exactly what we need to keep "candidate x iz badd cuz I have a keyboard and say so" threads and more off of our entrance.

13. We are currently in the middle of completely rebuilding this website from scratch.
DU3 will definitely incorporate positive and negative feedback in its thread rating system.

But, unfortunately, the new software isn't going to be finished until at least February. It's a big job.
