Clinton is inaccurate, but the Bush drawing does look like Alfred E, no offense to Alf intended.

8. Exactly my point....

Most of the public was clueless. Thankfully we had a Judiciary committee with some balls and a sense of what the Constitution is supposed to mean. Unfortunately, that all seems to have gone out the window over the past 34 years.

Though many in Congress are lawyers, I don't think it takes a lawyer to understand the Constitution. And even if the Congress Critter doesn't, there should be at least ONE Constitutional lawyer on each of their staffs.
