Maybe we can someday add that to:

"No one could have anticipated the breaching of the levees."
"No one could have anticipated terrorists using planes as missiles."
"No one could have anticipated an insurgency in Iraq."
"No one could have anticipated that retreat mining was so dangerous."
"No one could have anticipated that a federal highway in Minnesota could collapse.

2. they knew the Minnesota bridge was dangerous. the ReThug gov set the inspection
back till after the election, because the fixing the bridge would cause a slow down of traffic and the REPUBLICAN Governor didn't want the slower traffic to lose votes for him.. so he set back the repairs.
