Poll question: Are you "reactional"?
It's a stupid word, and I'm not sure if it really is a word. But it seems like when somebody posts something "irrational" because they're worked up about it, other people make blanket judgements about that person based on that one post. I think if we were speaking instead of typing words to pick apart, we'd have better - or at least friendlier - discussions.

4. I have my knee jerk moments and some push button issues.
Some people tend to push my "buttons" more so than others. I am learning to ignore without having to rely on that wonderful feature. Right now, I have 4 people on ignore for PM's only.

7. You forgot....
I tend to reflect first, then decide whether it's worth responding to.

I don't bother opening most of the threads with any candidates name in the header UNLESS I know it's positive news about that candidate and not flamebait. It makes my time on DU far more fun. When I'm feeling evil, I'll intentionally open an obvious flame thread just to watch everyone act like a bunch of cranky four year olds.

9. Definitely, I get set off sometimes
Like right now, I was thinking about the cost of the Iraq war in conjunction with how so many Americans are struggling, and I wanted to make a rant post, but just managed to stop myself.
