According to my Sunday paper, Baghdad is now a virtual paradise.

"Shopkeeper Hamdi has had to replace his store windows five times over the summer, but now there's hardly been any explosions since September."

They describe the very scene from Michael Moore's "F911" that so outrages the Bushies, that of children playing in the streets, young couples walking hand in hand strolling the avenues.

Of course, it's all because of The Surge(TM). Baghdad sounds like Paradise on the Tigris. I'm looking into getting a nice flat and moving the kids there. I hear the schools are fantastic, too!

:eyes:

Oh well. You have to give BushCo credit -- they're utterly shameless in their lying, but at least they're consistent. As any good student of Goebbels knows, you can't catapult the propaganda without consistency.
