Our dollar has lost a ton vs the Euro
I am watching a rerun of Project Runway from last year. In this episode they were given 300 Euro to make a gown, which transated to $375. What is it now? $440. A loss of nearly 20% in one year.

Just because one is an American doesn't mean they have to have loyalty to the Dollar.

6. We threw a good chunk of $$ in European stocks almost 2 years ago
We did very well. We recently transferred the profits to currency markets - Euro funds, the Real (Brazil is a good bet), and a smaller amt in E European growth funds. The writing was on the wall after the last stolen presidential election.

10. I put 100% of my stocks in foreign markets after Bush's "re-election"
I own gold and foreign currency. I have no confidence in our return to supremacy in economic terms, nor hegemony in geo-political terms. We are too stupid to read between the propaganda and too hungry for hate, as a people, now.

I hope I'm wrong. I'm generally a positive and hopeful person. But...
