Webb just declared the Senate in session, and then announced a recess until Friday. Fun. Reid got at least this part right.

4. I thought it had to be a 'recess' of a certain length before he

could do his dirty work. Not sure on that though. I didn't want to hear the word 'recess' uttered in the Senate at all this during holiday break. I thought that's what the deal was.

I see the White House gearing up with a procedural move that says that the Senate has been in recess for three days, so Herr Decider starts moving on his sock puppets.
