1. If you mean a sticker on someone else's car or other property, fuck no
If you own such a sticker you are free to do as you please with it.

4. If it belongs to someone else, no.
Show your contempt for it, by all means, but don't mess with other people's stuff. It's just not kosher.

7. Absolutely not.
Nothing says "I'm a knuckledragging asshat" quite like a Bush/Cheney sticker. It is a useful warning to other drivers that the occupant of the car is devoid of common sense, has no consideration for others, and exists in a world of their own.

Tampering with such a useful notice is the equivalent of removing the "biohazard" sign from the wall of a research lab. It places others in unnecessary danger.

-THEY- would LOVE for people to believe that!

But you know that it just ain't so.

20. I still have my Ned Lamont sticker on my car, just to let those sorry idiots
who voted for Lieberman know what asses they are.

I will get it off to make space for my 08 Dem sticker. Right now I'm considering one that says "Had enough? Vote Democratic in 08!"

If someone has stuck one on the back of a stop sign or something, then yes.

But if they're on someone's car...

... then destroy the entire vehicle, or leave the sticker alone.

14. Go up to them and say...
I just wanted you to know that some body is playing a joke on you....they put a Bush bumper-sticker on your vehicle.

They will probably say: " I put it there" or some other snide remark.

You say...ok I just didn't want you to be embarrassed by it if that was someone's idea of a joke.........and then walk away.

Probably leaving them either speechless or foaming at the mouth.

16. It's not legal
It's vandalism. Of course nothing compares to the way BushCo has vandalized this country and the Constitution. The won't be held accountable but you might if you get caught messing with someone else's car sticker.

Sad but true.

22. I saw a bumper sticker the other day that read "War is Peace"
There was a Bush/Cheney sticker beside it. The car was in front of me. My daughter just slid down in the seat and said, "Oh god, here we go again."

I went nutso ballistic. Started cursing like a madwoman and laid on my horn as I passed them. My poor grandson, who was born one month after Shrub stole the election and has been raised with my tirades just yawned and said, "It must be somebody who likes the evil man."

I don't DARE sport any kind of bumper sticker in my town. That's not cowardly.. it's just that I don't want my insurance to get cancelled after my car gets vandalized repeatedly. You should have seen my yard after the last two elections. It's nasty out there.

(they're impossible to remove without peeling off the paint from the car)

that say "Another idiot who voted for."

I slap these babies above the Wastikas and bush-cheney stickers, although I see very few of those.

.......what?

And that makes you different from those you hate.........how?

And that makes anything any better for anyone anywhere.........how?

What you describe is vandalism, plain and simple, and only serves to reflect badly on progressives everywhere. Why on earth would you want to do that?

44. I'd avoid damaging someone's property
How about wring a note and place it under the windshield wiper. Use regular, 12 pt type so they will have to look close to read it. It can say something like:

"When I saw your pro-Bush/Cheney (whatever) bumper sticker, I got so mad at you that I wanted to fuck up your car REAL bad, but then I remembered we're not like you knuckle-dragging refucklicans who lick Bushler's dirty asshole whenever he says terra!!

:D
