Judge Cancels Vitter Testimony in 'DC Madam' Case
Breaking: Judge Cancels Vitter Testimony in 'DC Madam' Case --From Montgomery Blair Sibley, Jeane Palfrey's attorney: 21 Nov 2007 This afternoon, US District Judge Gladys Kessler entered an order which canceled the hearing she had previously set for Wednesday, November 28, 2007, on whether the injunction prohibiting Ms. Palfrey's suit against a former escort should be dissolved. Earlier this week, Ms. Palfrey had served a subpoena on Senator David Vitter (R-LA) for that hearing and demanded the appearance of AUSA William Cowden to testify upon the allegations he made under oath last March in order to obtain the temporary restraining order from Judge Kessler. By canceling this hearing, those witnesses will not now be cross examined under oath anytime soon.

'Mr. Sibley, frankly is taken aback by this latest injustice.' --Jeane Palfrey, commenting to CLG

5. Vitter is a republicon. They are "SPECIAL"
They do not live by 'ordinary' morality. And they do not need to pay attention to the laws of the United States like the 'little people' that they are here to rule over.

Republiconism -- a disease of the soul.
