5. I'm not sure that's his call. I think MSNBC makes him do it as part of the show's schtick.
That used to be what they always made him do before he took off real big with the viewership. Nowadays, he has a bit more bargaining power with his employer.
3. Forced to.. he doesn't always have final say on what airs
on his show. He usually precedes those stories with something to the effect of "my producers are making me do this story". I think if KO had his way it would all be hard news...
