The perfect gift for the Republicans in your family is carbon offsets.

If they are going to be part of the problem, and not part of the solution, then subject their present to garnishment in the form of some global warming gift cards!

To them, it's like getting a lump of coal, only it's not really a lump of coal. It's a lump of anti-coal!

I don't want to advertise any particular brand, but use a search engine and you'll probably find a lot of places to buy these.

3. I don't know how reliable any of the companies are...

...so I didn't feel qualified to endorse any of them, but I will say that I did buy a Terrapass one to offset the flight I took a few months ago.
