Tonight there are conflicted reports that a man either named Troy Stanley or Leeland Eisenburg is held up in a New Hampshire Clinton campaign HQ. It appears all hostages originally held by the man in the HQ have been released, but there is uncertainty as to whether there are more people still being held. The man in the HQ originally claimed to have a bomb, but it appears that he was really wearing a hoax device constructed from highway flares. Police are still reported to be on the scene, businesses are still closed in the vicinity of the situation. HQs for both the Edwards and Obama campaigns in Rochester, NH have also been closed as they are extremely to the Clinton HQ. Senator Clinton was scheduled today to speak before the fall meeting of the DNC, but canceled the speech as this event unfolded directly before she was about to speak.

There are no hard indications (aside from being a delusional man in his 40s with salt and pepper hair) that the individual is a Republican. Time will tell if there will be copycats, we can only hope there won't be.

UPDATE:Another hostage was just released!

4. Hoo-boy. He sounds like a "bring it on" kind of guy...
This isn't going to end well, I suspect.

2. Hillary spoke to families of the hostages.
MSNBC reported via a reporter with the Obama camp, that Obama was phoning Hillary and she was unable to take his call. She's speaking to the hostages families.

There are mixed reports about 1 - 3 hostages still in the building.

8. Strange day, indeed.
The mix-up on the identity of the "suspect" is curious. I guess it happens with "instant news."

Clint VZ continues to be the most interesting voice on the news regarding the situation.

12. Wonder if this could be him also?
Leeland Eisenberg was an inmate in the custody of the Massachusetts Department of Corrections and was institutionalized at the DOC facility in Bridgewater (Ans. 35; Stip. 21). Eisenberg is not and was not a lawyer (Stip. 21).

Seems this guy was referring people to a lawyer and asking for a "finders" fee. He's mentioned in some legal action against the attorney by the state of MA.
