Duncan Hunter will quit with-in the next 24 hours.
This is my prediction.

I sure would like to be right about something today. I did think Hillary would end up in third, but I was sure Edwards would be in first. I blew that one. :(

7. It's a shame he didn't
have the support of Jim Robinson and Free Republic. I think it's made all the difference for Fred's Iowa third place victory.

I give it 24 minutes...starting NOW!

:hi:

13. He's banking everything on Wyoming, apparently
That oh-so populous state, with many Republican delegates, no doubt. Shame the Repubs have cut the number of delegates from there in half becasse the Wyoming Repubs moved their caucus up to Saturday.

So Hunter will come about 5th in a race that doesn't matter.

Then, he'll withdraw.

14. Why is he in the race to begin with?
Is it ego? Hunter never stood the tiniest chance of succeeding anywhere, or of a VP nod, but on he plowed. What is in these people's minds?

15. Nah...He Hangs In Til New Hampshire
He pre-paid the motel room

The other day he was on CNN with Anderson Cooper. The lead-in showed all the campaigns going full tilt in Iowa...Mellencamp playing for Edwards, Big Dog stumping for Hillary, Obama in front of 20,000 in Ames...even Hucklenutz and Mittens drawing...then they pan back to Cooper in New Hampshire and next to him is Dunkin Donuts lookin' like a lost puppy dog. The dude is all alone...looks like he just came back from a campaign rally at the wet bar of a nearby Fridays. He was shivering in the snow and cold talking about how illegal aliens were all evil and he built a fence to keep them out. It was pretty pathetic. Someone needs to buy that man a nice meal...like lemon chicken with a choice of two fruits.
