1. He looks like the captain in "Titanic" now!
I keep expecting him to shout something about icebergs. :)

2. Yes--I'm thinking the beards are a ploy to keep the network from rerunning the episodes

Or maybe it's some kind of statement as to why they don't want to be back on the air under these conditions. A strange time for these shows, so many eggshells. I wonder how Stewart and Colbert handle it next week. My guess: awesomely.

4. Robin Williams was a riot about it last night
Calling him "grandpa" and "Gen. Lee" and didn't he make an allusion to Abraham Lincoln too?

6. It's distracting, and makes him look about 20 years older.
But it's his face and he can obviously do what he wants.

I also don't care for Conan's beard, although it's not as disturbing as Dave's. lol

8. Needs to be shaped
if he is going to keep it. It is too full at the sides and makes him look like an old prospector or something.

9. It makes him look really old
It kinda freaked me out at first.

Conan's didn't look as weird. Maybe, because it matched his hair color.
