Can you picture his adversaries using this to swiftboat him, like they did on Kerry. You know the meme "I voted against that before I voted for it". His is even worse cause it sounds like he said it but didn't mean it, so it brings into questions his veracity and conviction and honesty, never mind being a flip flopper.

He's the one who said it, do you think the republicans are not going to find that? And use it?

I think Edwards is our best hope in the general and I want us to all make informed decisions.

There is still a fight for this nomination you know?

And Obama should not be given a free pass on the Iraq vote. He is the one who said it. And people are always bringing up John Edwards and Hillary's vote why should he be exempt.. So it is fair game. And it is truthful.

These are the kinds of things that are going to come up in the general and people have to know what we are will be up against. And need information to make informed decisions for our best chances. We better be prepared for what the repugs will have in store for us.

Make it, "Obama shouldn't get a free pass on his earlier Iraq prevarication," not "GUYS I AM CONCERNED THE REPUBLICANS WILL ATTACK HIM WITH THE WORDS I AM ABOUT TO SAY."

Good luck with New Hampshire, though. He's only, what, fifteen points below Clinton? Ten below Obama? Thirty below in Nevada? Twenty below both Clinton and Obama in South Carolina? Yeah, good luck with that. There's a fight for this nomination, true. But Edwards isn't really part of it.
