3. That's what I say if you can loose weight any way you can
My doctor told me it was OK to try Alli and to keep reporting back to see if it helped. When I get the nerve and no place to go I will. I don't want to poop poop all over the place when I go out.

4. I believe he did it the way he said.
If you are motivated (by threat of death through diabetes) you will do it. His exercise was key, but he'd also have had to change his eating for it to work. Totally possible, IMO.

5. I don't think there is any reason not to believe he lost it the old fashioned way
by eating less and more healthy.
