I'll go out on a limb and state right now that the Republican nomination will go to:
A middle aged, rich, white, Christian, heterosexual, male, who is against same-sex marriage, is against abortion, is pro-capitalist, favors limited government, low taxes, no regulations, the free market, free trade, a strong national defense, who is tough on illegal immigrants, tough on terrorism, tough on organized crime, tough on drugs, tough on stains, tough on lost kittens, tough on elderly nuns, tough on starving babies, tough on victims of nuclear bombs, and tough on ex-wives/girlfriends.

7. The mere thought of any of those 6 particular men in that sense nauseates me.
At least the Democrats occasionally come up with someone with sex appeal. The Republicans always look like funeral directors.
