6. OK then, how about this
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2008/president/nh/new_hampshire_democratic_primary-194.html
The positions are changing rapidly in NH (mostly trending up for Obama and down for Clinton) yesterdays poll results are about as useful as yesterday's newspaper.

9. Not completely true.
It's new. It was taken completely before last nights debate. 50% before Iowa. Interesting nonetheless.

11. Yes it's true...it's in flux (as all polls are) and if you listen/watch the video
Zogby says that clearly. ;)

17. The video isn't working. Here's the internals:
"This is the third of five three–day tracking news reports to be released in advance of the New Hampshire primary on Jan. 8. As mentioned above, 50% of the sample in this report was gathered before the results of the Iowa caucuses became known, while the other 50% was completed after. This sample in this report was also taken completely before last night’s Republican and Democratic debates in Manchester"

Besides that, it says the date is 1-2/5. Today is 1/6. That means there's no way today is in the poll.

Look, I am being bombarded with polls and they're changing minute by minute
depending on what TV news station I'm watching or what poll I read!!

It will continue like that until Tuesday!

15. It's from 1/2-1/5 and results are 50% after Iowa and 50% before and on Zogby's site
he says the momentum is in Obama's direction and that just yesterday's polling Obama was leading by 8, check out the new numbers tomorrow morning and you'll see Obama move ahead as they will begin to reflect the true Iowa bump.

50% taken before the Iowa caucus. All taken before last nights debate. Hillary getting 0% of leaners.

14. It's important to note that this poll is only 50% complete after Iowa and Zogby says on his site
that the movement is in Obama's direction and that in just yesterday's results Obama is up by 8-points. Just see tomorrow morning where the numbers are, I think you'll be in for a big surprise.

27. He said in the video
that 50% were numbers from yesterday and data was still being compiled from that and today's partial figures!

He did say that the numbers were/are changing rapidly... +/- 8 but that is also changing.

around that time too? And have you even read the article on Zogby's site about these numbers? or even what you wrote in your OP that the poll was concluded on 1/5. Geesh!! :)
