NH vote concern, One man controls the counting
Source: www.blackboxvoting.org/

Silvestro the Cat & New Hampshire Elections

John Silvestro and his small private business, LHS Associates, has the exclusive programming contracts for all New Hampshire voting machines, which combined will count about 81 percent of the vote tomorrow.

Silvestro IS the New Hampshire chain of custody...
Or at least a very large component in it.

Last fall, with the help of some New Hampshire citizens, Black Box Voting began working on a "New Hampshire Chain of Custody" project, in which we identified some of the areas of concern that might affect many jurisdictions at once. First on the list is LHS Associates, a vendor with inside access to every memory card in New Hampshire, as well as to the chips containing the "brain" of the Diebold optical scan machines.

LHS Associates programs all the memory cards in New Hampshire and Connecticut; about all of Vermont's voting machines, and has a lock on almost all of Massachusetts as well.

I'm not sure if the video is up here yet or not, but check it out here:

Similar to the Berkley test last year old with optical scan paper ballots. Pre vote count, 0 to 0. End total does not match ballots cast.

81% of New Hampshire will be using these machines tomorrow.

4. I don't buy this. NH went blue in 2006 and we elected Kerry in 2004.

5. In sports it's known as
setting up the loss. Who ever doesn't win gets to complain about the vote count.

10. NH doesn't know if it has a problem or not, actually
...because, just like the rest of the country, the government does not control the voting process. Private vendors do.

11. I'm luckily in the 19%...
we still use good ol' "fill in the oval" paper balloting. Now if only they could keep the sharpies from drying out this time. >.<

16. What we'll see...
With Obama's media-hyped Cult of Personality firing on all cylinders, it'd be foolish to tweak the votes to have Hillary outright win. What they'll likely do is have her get much closer to Obama than predicted, so the Media can then run with their COMEBACK KID beloved scenario. As it's no secret that they desperately want John Edwards OUT of the picture, I could see that their goal might also be to siphon off as many of his votes as they possibly can, to (in their minds) put the final nail in his coffin.

It's quite sad to realize that Big Media and these private vote counting corporations have accrued such power that it is now THEY that decide who will run this country. What would our Founding Fathers think ( or do ) ?

23. Wow, just wow
We must consider the implications..... the 06 vote ousting some might have ousted more........... Could something even more crazed be going on?

The calculations that belie the results and why would they do a primary?. It doesn't make sense to me though it seems quite obvious

24. Clinton pulled off a stunning upset...
Very disturbing, because, like 2004, the pre-election polls do not match the polling results-a double-digit discrepancy! Also, like 2004, the talking heads and tame pollsters are trying to explain away the results-without addressing the possibility of tabulation 'error'.

Like I said, anyone whose votes are counted in a black box cannot say 'we have no problems'. HRC may indeed mave pulled off an upset, she has been known to do so in the past. But with Diebold and a scumbucket counting the votes, I'd call for a manual recount of the optical-scan ballots.
