Any Nate Clay listeners around?
I noticed that the WLS web page shows Coast To Coast in his slot tonight. Last week I didn't hear him mention that he'd be off tonight. He's had some great Obama discussions.

Last week Nate said that he organized the first Obama rally on Chicago's west side when he was running for the Senate. But I don't know how or if Nate is involved with the current campaign.

1. I Haven't Heard Nate In Years....
At one time WLS had Jay Marvin and Mike Malloy on every day...and i'd always enjoy listening to Nate on Saturday and Sunday nights. Now WLS is prohibited from my radio....has been for years...and sadly I haven't heard Nate in a long time.

2. I listen to Nate on the internet
My Chicago friend tells me WLS a right wing station now.

Btw, Jay Marvin is out here in Colorado now with a morning show. He works for Jones radio and airs on the same station as the Air America people. He used to be out here years ago. He's "so-so". Not nearly as interesting as Malloy. :)

3. I personally like Jay Marvin, but he seems to sell out
for whoever is writing his paycheck. Toward the end of his WLS stint, he was just another cheerleader for the Bush Iraq (mis)adventure and spent more time slamming liberals and progressives than defending them.

I was in Denver recently and did get a chance to listen to him, and his viewpoints have totally changed back to being a progessive.
