This is interesting...(buff those tinfoil hats)
It turns out, billionaire Meg Whitman has been a top fundraiser for Mitt Romney's Presidential Exploratory Committee. She also happens to be the President and CEO of EBay, which also owns PayPal.

Yesterday, PayPal withheld Republican candidate Albert Howard's recount funds past the 3:00 deadline because the (Arabic-looking)name of a $1000.00 donor appeared "suspicious" to them. Any reason Mitt Romney wouldn't want a recount?
