No Candidate is Perfect
When all is said and done, and all the emotions and personalities are removed, there really isn't much difference between our choices for a democratic candidate for president. Once this person gets in office, they are going to do their best to get America back on its feet and begin repairing the damage that the current criminals have created. Whomever we choose will face almost identical roadblocks, created by persons and corporation who only care for their own self interest.

If for no other reason than picking the next Supreme Court nominees, we MUST have a Democratic President in the White House next spring. Having said that, it seems logical to me that we MUST choose our candidate based on Electability. So, when you go to the polls, please choose the candidate you feel will have the best chance of winning in November. Its too important to let emotions or rhetoric get in the way. Please choose wisely.

1. Get with the program - Obama is perfect
Edited on Fri Jan-18-08 11:23 AM by Politicub
Everything he does, everything he says, and everything he touches is absolutely perfect. Invoke Reagan? Peachy Keen! Hire McClurkin as your campaign's emcee in SC? Tres fantastique. "Reform" social security? Policy genius. His brilliance is so overwhelming that us mere mortals can not grasp it. We are all like a dime-store Icarus, hurling towards the sun that is Obama.

2. It's good to be uncommitted with a sense of humor! I just laugh at it all--
like the first reply you got--

You are correct, but I don't think it will help the cult of personality types.
