11. It doesn't look like he's wearing any makeup and I find that really strange.
Even the undereye circles and splotches can be very easily covered and it looks like no one even bothered. Even if he were toasted, they would have at least done some cursory makeup, I would think.

I find it very weird that no one appeared to have done so.

Dick looks healthier than GWB.

Even in the wider shot, GWB doesn't look made up. He looks tired, splotchy, etc. I know it might be from alcohol, but I would think they'd try to mask it--it isn't difficult at all.

17. I've seen homeless people looking healthier than that..
something clearly wrong, I'm thinking a liver problem, or as I posted above something like Cushing's. I'm sure it was brought on by his years of alcohol abuse.
