Bush gives Iraqis $195 billion - and Americans $145 billion...
That just about shows where this government's priorities lie. They prefer the war machine over the welfare of the American people. Now, if they can just figure out some way to give some of that $145 billion to Halliburton, then everything will be alright...

1. Most of that $195B is already going to Halliburton....
The $145B is earmarked for Blackwater when they get established as a domestic operative...

3. Isn't it funny...how Republicans scream about how inefficient
government management is, and how government shouldn't be used to finance/operate services, and that is why taxes should be lowered/eliminated - and yet they have no difficulty financing/throwing money at Halliburton and/or government services in Iraq.

I half-expect the $800 government "hand-out" to Americans will come in the form of a Halliburton gift card.
