South Carolina is a Red State so do you think Republicans will see a larger
turnout or will it be the Democrats. I believe even though it is a Red State there will be twice as many votes cast in the Democratic Primary as the Republican Primary and that does not speak well for Republican victories. I hope I am right but have absolutely nothing to indicate this may be the fact except my gut feeling..

3. Who? The Dems or Repubs?
I hope you meant the Repubs butI get a sick feeling about South Carolina when I see McCain and Huckabee openly and loudly supporting the Confederate flag. That is in your fact racism!

4. McCain supported the Confederate Flag in 2000 and got his ass handed to him
He has made no bones this time in saying he is adamantly opposed to it.. Only Huckabee is defending it..

7. Sorry, I thought someone else besides Huck had said something
about respecting "your" flag. I thought it was McCain but must have lost more brain cells recently than I thought...

Who opposed McCain on the Conf. Flag thing, was it Repubs in SC as well as Dems, or only Dems?

2. Toots, I hope you are right, too. That would be a real red -- REAL RED --
flag for the Republicans this year.

And very encouraging for our side.
