what facts does he have to prove that he has been fighting poverty his WHOLE life.

His 1st big case involved getting a severely disabled man a several million dollar judgement so he could have proper care and live close to his daughter for the rest of his life.

When John met E.G. Sawyer, he lived in a filthy apartment and at the mercy of social workers to take care of him.
