GRADE SCHOOL TEACHERS: Can your students come up with more substantive Q's for candidates than MSM?
I haven't watched most of the debates because a kid in junior high could come up with better questions than the spokesmodels of the MSM.

Their questions seem to fall into a couple of categories:

  • BROAD AND BLAND:

''Should we have a foreign policy?''

''How about those illegal immigrants, what's the deal?''

  • SUCKING UP TO THEIR BOSSES:

''Some people don't want military recruiters at high school, and without recruits, no one will be able to drop the bombs my boss makes, and he won't have an excuse to make more. Will you send those anti-American people to Guantanamo?''

''My boss wants to build a lot of new nuclear powerplants, but people who can't afford their own private water, food, and air supply are crying about the nuclear waste. Would you kill those people or just send them to Guantanamo?''

  • IDIOTIC:

''If a terrorist did this thing that I saw on 24 last night, which most experts say will never happen, what will you do?''

''If your wife was raped by Willie Horton, would you kill him yourself like a man or be a wuss and wait for the criminal justice system to slap him on the wrist?''

  • CATTY GOSSIP-MONGERING:

''Do your really think anyone would vote for the black guy?''

''You said you saw a UFO--are you nuts or do we need more reasons to ignore you?''

''If you could spread a vicious rumor about one of your opponents what would it be?''

Okay, those are paraphrases, but you know they aren't far off.

The only good thing about the MSM doing the debates is they make the candidates look more grown up and competent by comparison.

But back to my original point: could you ask your kids or grade school students what questions they would ask the candidates and post them here?
