3. If you have any CC debts, pay them off.

That pisses the corporatists off more than giving to a liberal 527. With no interest revenue, they can't profit off your debt, and control your life.

There's a reason why CC companies/banks call people who pay their balances off "Dead Beats".

and it will ONLY add to this years deficit and the national debt which is paid for by china. You can certainly tell this is an election year. This is NOTHING MORE than a political sham.

7. You're going to have to return it with next years taxes anyway...

may as well spend it to lower your credit card debt, pay down the mortgage or buy food staples. However, the stimulus package isn't a sure thing right now. Enough people remember the last time they pulled this stupid shit and how well that worked out and aren't falling for it again.

On the other hand, it seems there is a tidal wave of support for further business incentives.
