Bush just announced stimulus package. Won't take questions. Leaves details to Paulson
Shocker. They haven't had days and days to prep Bush on the specifics so they don't want to throw him out to try to answer anything.

6. God, no wonder they didn't want him to talk specifics.
It'd be like having Adam Sandler explain how he intends to perform your upcoming heart surgery. There's no way he could possibly reassure anyone.
