This is the mindset of so many twisted so-called "conservative" Christians..
This nut is self described as a "VERY conservative" Christian, yet as a true Christian, I have no idea how he could even sully the title when displays such sick and persistent deranged behaviours.
I got this in my email from "This Is True". this is what is fundamentally wrong with this movement...creepy..

DON'T TALK TO STRANGERS: Police in Washington state say Joshua R.
Stetar,
20, of Granville, N.Y., met a girl on the Internet, and sent
"several
hundred" text messages to her cell phone and sent her flowers. The
girl
is just 15. He then said he was coming to see her, and "tell the
cops
that I'm gonna rape you and your sister." Her sister is 6. When the
girls' parents spotted him sitting in front of their Spokane house
minutes later, they called police. Officers discovered Stetar had
driven 40 hours straight to meet the girl. He was arrested on felony
stalking charges, but when he was released after posting $10,000
bail,
he allegedly continued to harass the girl -- and volunteered to work
at
her school. He was again arrested and his bail was raised to
$100,000.
Investigators found Stetar's MySpace profile, which notes he has
studied psychology, and as a "very conservative" Christian hopes to
"maybe one day" become a Christian school teacher. (Albany
Times-Union, Glens Falls Post-Star) ...Maybe he should spend
more time with the Ten Commandments, rather than reading Genesis 34
over and over.

2. Which of the 10 Commandments prohibits stalking of 15-year-old children?
As far as I know the bible is fine with stalking children.

3. As a Christian, in spite of what the author writes in his ending comments...
there is a powerful admonishment in the New Testament... and that is this: "But if you give them a hard time, bullying them or taking advantage of their simple trust, you'll soon wish you hadn't. You'd be better off dropping into the middle of the deepest sea with a millstone tied around your neck. Woe to the world for giving these God-believing children a hard time. Hard times are inevitable but you don't have to make it worse---and it's a doomsday for you is you do!"

the words of Jesus taken directly from Matthew 18:6,7 from the Message, a modern translation of the bible.

So you see, Thom, there are S-T-R-O-N-G admonitions against hurting children AT ALL.

5. You can't fairly equate this man with 'so many' Christians.
His thinking is obviously deranged. You can't say he's thinking wrongly about sex and violence and rightly about religion and, thus, he accurately represents 'so many' Christians. That's totally unfair. Things aren't always causative; just because most of the people who murdered someone today in the USA slept on sheets last night doesn't mean sheets cause folks to murder.
