Bob couldn't very well say, "Well, Mr. Giuliani, all of the highly scientific demographic polling indicates that on Tuesday Florida voters will be rejecting your sorry ass in extremely significant numbers."

The polling could go haywire, yes, but a hell of a lot of the time it doesn't.

My hunch is that Rudy's internal polls show him fighting for third place with Huckabible.

The last numbers I saw had him polling fourth in Florida. So, did Schieffer ask Rudy not to bogart whatever he's smoking when he said he was going to win Florida? Because that's a couple of parcels beyond Cloud Cuckoo Land.
