I'm tired of the good cop bad cop routine.

I'm off to bed but my thought is that the press has been anointing candidates since Raygun, and we've been played by the good cop bad cop routine.

That's why we have stories like Sibel Edmonds, that's why our jobs have been offshored, that's why conspiracy theories run rampant. Nobody is giving anyone nothing close to truth. We have the good cop "I'm here to help" and the bad cop "you better or else."

Can someone tell me how we can break out of this rut?
