I noticed a stealth comment in the SOTU
The Shrubster pimped something he called an expansion of Pell grants for younger children. It sounded to me like a new kind of vouchers, because he specifically mentioned the use of them to send children to 'qualified' religious schools.

I think this needs to be monitored, or he'll be sneaking another faith-based scam on us.

2. When did he ever STOP doing that?
Iulio left the FaithBased post, but the "work" continued.. The Storefront jesus schools still get plenty of money from our treasury to teach their Bible studies..

It is basically vouchers by another name. Presumably he hopes we'll be fooled.
