Democrats targeted to have an anvil dropped on their heads....

Some genius blogger made a video of Lurita Doan's congressional testimony with added graphics way back when, it was very funny, and I think we could all use a laugh. One of the scenes had Lurita Doan's list of targeted Democrats photoshopped to say "Democrats targeted to have an anvil dropped on their heads". I can't remember who did it, but I think on this day of honor, we would all enjoy seeing it. Does anyone remember or know the brilliant person who did it? Thanks!

4. yes, that was the testimony, but someone added graphics to it

When the first chart is held up, it is drawn in the old looney tunes style and says something like Democrats targeted for anvils to be dropped on their heads...

There were other things added to the video as well, i remember thinking it was pretty darn funny, I just can't remember who did it.
