The word has went out. The Reich propaganda outlets have been given their orders.
Can't have the addicts making other arrangements with the era of peak petroleum profits on the horizon.

The Four Horsemen of the Energy Apocalypse Caused This Oil Mess
Limbaugh - April 29, 2008
http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/home/daily/site_042908/content/01125106.guest.htmlYou have China and India growing rapidly, folks. The supply has to grow in proportion or these prices are going to keep rising. The only people getting what they want out of this are the environmentalist wackos. They are the only people happy about this. Have you seen these stories, these scaremongering, fear-oriented stories? Some people predicting $200 a barrel per oil. Somebody out there saying $10 a gallon gasoline. Now, let's not get carried away here and pile on the panic, but for heaven's sake, can we look at the real world? Not at the windmill wackos and how they would like us to see the real world. Let me give you some reality, and this is from Bloomberg: "Brazil may be pumping 'several million' barrels of crude daily by 2020, vaulting the nation into the ranks of the world's seven biggest producers." Several million barrels of crude daily by 2020. They're talking about pumping oil 12 years from now, folks. How can that be if we're running out? That stupid question that Bush got about we're reaching our peak, asinine. Absolute BS, undiluted, pure stinky BS!
. . .
Don't misunderstand me, ladies and gentlemen. I'm all for conservation. I'm all for not wasting things. I do that in my daily life. However, conservation does not equal growth. We can conserve all we want and that's not going to produce any more -- and whatever we save by conserving is minuscule, especially with other countries out there developing and growing. There's no question what has to be done here; there's none. And once again, the people standing in the way of the growth and progress and prosperity of this country are your favorite, you-can-count-on-them-every-damn-time, liberal Democrats. ++++
Peak Oil Panic
Irwin M. Stelzer, Weekly Standard April 29, 2008
http://www.weeklystandard.com/Content/Public/Articles/000/000/015/043fhyiv.asp?pg=1Another myth: we are running out of oil. According to WorldPublicOpinion.org "majorities in 15 of the 16 nations surveyed around the world think that oil is running out. . . . Only 22 percent on average believe that 'enough oil will be found so that it can remain a primary source of energy for the foreseeable future'." Those majorities who think we are running out of oil include 76 percent of the American citizens polled. Luckily, they are wrong.
. .
Here in America, Congress alternates between calls for "energy independence" and refusals to allow drilling in what it considers environmentally sensitive areas in Alaska and offshore California and Florida. There's more, but you get the idea. There is a lot of oil out there to be found and produced, not even including the vast reserves in Canada's tar sands. We might have reached the age of peak panic about oil supplies, but not of peak oil.
