Sam Seder guest-hosting at 3PM Eastern today (May 5, 2008)

Hi Folks!

First, thanks to all of you who signed the petition on my behalf for a 5 day a week show on Air America. And Thanks to Robert Greenwald at Brave New Films for setting the whole thing up. More than six thousand of you signed and it is very gratifying. I hope it works.

And to that end, I will be guest hosting Air America 3-6pm on Monday and Wednesday, May 5th and 7th. On Friday May 9th, Marc Maron and I will be hosting the 3-6pm slot together.... taking our now, nearly famous MARON v.SEDER show from the SammyCam to the airwaves.

You can listen live here or watch live here.

Also, it looks like SEDER ON SUNDAYS on Air America is coming to an end. My contract is up in mid- May. So be sure to check out the last couple of shows on Sunday 4-7pm.

I'm not sure where I will end up over the next four weeks, but you and I have seen this movie play out before and I'll keep you all updated.

Note: if you listen with a radio instead of with the AAR website, then broadcast times will vary.

2. Blessing in disguise.

Sam Seder has too much talent for a once-a-week radio job.

Whether he gets another radio job or returns to acting or directing or whatever, I predict it will work out for the best.

5. i gave up listening to 820am in chicago after big ed`s show.

...i listen to sports radio till i get the "night time" line up. since 820 is a daylight station i can listen till 8.
then i get 820 from texas which is right wing radio....
