9. Those are strong numbers from people not even running
I wonder what it means that people would go to the polls to vote against the nominee?

3. I believe that the rightists really do dislike McCain.
I believe that they see the General Election as a loss. Otherwise they'd have worked harder at putting up a real candidate. Or, they will run someone they really want for VP.

Who knows with that bunch of psychos.

4. If they really disliked him then Huckabee or Romney
should still be in it or have won by now and besides they know McCain is the party nomination and probably dont feel the need to show up to the polls yet, the real test on the republican voters will be when its McCain vs whichever democrat wins the nomination.

7. There is some evidence that McCain has cancer
and that he wont live much longer. Huckabee will be McCain's VP. Throw in a GOP sponsored terrorist attack/threat right before the election and we have President Huckabee.

15. his medical history
he's had cancer before - that's why he has the puffy jaw on the left side of his face. I don't recall exactly what it was but I seem to remember that it was one of the more malignant forms of cancer.

5. And?
Boy...I guess you read more into that than I can! If 70% of Americans are idiots....25% voting for someone that has no chance of winning is an epiphany.

14. Turn Out Numbers...The Big Difference
One advantage of this extended primary season is how many states and people have had a chance to participate in the Democratic primaries. I saw another 1.3 million in Indiana and another 2 million in North Carolina last night...now I'd be curious how many turned out to vote in the GOOP primary. All year Democrats have been showing up in record numbers and I suspect this is going to continue into the General. Gramps will face a demoralized "base" that all his pandering and double-talk won't placate. Besides being a lame candidate, Gramps faces an imploding party while the Democratic party is on the rise.

Remember, for Gramps to have any chance of winning, he'll need the same type of numbers...50 million votes...that asshat supposedly got in '04...I have yet to see Gramps crack over 45% in any national poll...and this is his "honeymoon".
