Animal Control removes 25 starving sled dogs, one dies

PALMER, Alaska -- Mat-Su Animal Control officials say they have uncovered one of the worst cases of animal cruelty they have ever seen.

Officials found 25 dogs, many of them nearly starved to death and some chained to a short wire, left in a remote location with no food or water. Investigators seized the animals over the last two days.

Dr. Katrina Zwolinski is still disturbed by the condition of the dogs taken from a kennel on Lazy Mountain over the last two days...

If you put your hands on them you can feel pretty much every bone in their body," he said. Allison says the dogs' teeth are broken from trying to eat rocks too. (more at link)

3. This f*cking psychopath should be forbidden by LAW from ever going within...

...10 feet of ANY animal and from ever OWNING or "caring" for any again. He needs to have his license revoked. He needs to spend time in prison starving almost to death and tied up (same as he did to the dogs), just enough to let HIM see how it feels, and he needs psychiatric treatment. He ought to be required to be registered on a list or resource that is publicized in his community so that if anyone sees him NEAR any animal they can report it.

I can't STAND animal cruelty. There is just NO EXCUSE for it.
