19. Time will tell.
How long ago was this wedding planned? Seems like we only heard about it quite recently.

28. They became engaged in August, 2007
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/story/2007/10/02/ST2007100200614.html

It seems like they wanted to keep the whole thing quiet. I sure as hell wouldn't want my wedding to be a media circus, so I don't blame them. I'm sure the less air time she had to share with her father, the happier she is.

Which does kind of make you think we should start a pool. I'll take October 10th.

And the side shots are inconclusive: if she's preggo, though, she's not more than four months.

On edit: Let's hope neither of the twins is actually capable of spawning. It would be far better for humanity if Chimpy's DNA was never passed on.

9. Are we counting Jenna's aborted "appendix," back in December of 2000?
I'm sure the doctor removed her appendix, only because it might raise a little suspicion if she ever really did need an appendectomy, but I never believed that whole story. It was swept under the rug too quickly, and Chimpy was not even concerned enough about her to cancel his Florida fishing trip. Pickles was the only parent, at that Texas hospital with their daughter. Add Jenna's well-documented reputation as a booze-soaked, little hell-raiser, and all I can say is appendicitis, shmappendicitis.

10. You would have to ask a German dairy farmer to compare a before and after picture
Before my first child was born, I was living in a village in Germany among dairy farmers. They knew I was pregnant before I did. I was utterly astounded. So, ask a German dairy farmer. Maybe he can tell although it is probably difficult to tell from a picture.

18. I'm surprised he didn't have Air Force One flying overhead, making gigantic crosses
above their heads in skywriting.

(And, btw, George - if you think that huge cross is gonna get you into heaven, think about this:
over 4,000 Americans dead, and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis...).

29. I doubt girls of their class get "abstinence only" sex ed. That's for the peasants...
...peasants whom we want to be numerous and yet ashamed of themselves for being poor.

Anyhow, as Heinlein used to say, "An eager young bride can accomplish in very little time what takes cow or countess a full nine months." One of my nieces barely made it in time -- and it was a lovely wedding. The bride wore white and carried blood-red roses, and all her bridesmaids wore brilliant red. I give my sister in law a lot of credit for pulling that off for her future daughter in law.
