Got it last Friday.

We were in the round 2 Direct Deposit group.

know what group you were in

#s in your SS#....if you filed joint it is the last 2 #s of person listed first.

and we need it to pay our estimated taxes. :shrug:

it's by the last two digits of your SSN. So in my case it's in the 70s. If yours in the 80s or 90s, I imagine it'll be in the next day or two.

Mine will not be direct deposit...so, may have to wait a while even though the last two of my ss # is in the 50s.

for the stimulus payment and how much it would be and that it would be direct deposit. Your msg reminded me to check my bank account and sure enuff, it was deposited on Friday.

My SS# ends in 69 and I filed my return a week before 4/15.

We were supposed to get ours by last Friday but apparently it has been delayed for reasons that the IRS representative who I spoke with was unable to explain and for a length of time that she was similarly unable to provide (1-2 weeks?). The local news last night reported that some people who used Turbo Tax to electronically file their taxes might experience a delay for some reason but we didn't use Turbo Tax so I can't imagine what the hold up may be. Anybody else having similar problems? We have already had problems with our taxes this year, specifically, we mailed our return in (because of some technical IRS issues with one of our dependent care providers) at the end of February and even though the IRS signed for delivery the customer service representatives I spoke to swore up and down that they never got it and don't know where it is so we had to re-file electronically. More Bushco incompetence?

From what I understand, people who got refunds get their rebate earlier than people who had to pay. We won't get ours until the middle of June apparently.

Still haven't received my "imaginary money" from the "imaginary big pile of money."
I'll be surprised if those checks don't bounce.

Direct deposits are first, got mine last week.
