1. Damn those Liberal Activist Judges!
The ruling surprised legal experts because the court has a reputation for being conservative. Six of its seven judges are Republican appointees.

3. "Fiat" must be the talking points word of the day.
I have heard three conservatives use it and I am certain they had to run to the dictionary to make sure they weren't talking about an automobile.
