What's up with that guy's hair on the right?

It looks like Zac Effron meets Trent Lott or something. Or maybe that angry kitten with the citrus rind helmet. I mean, I'm not saying he doesn't look cool, especially compared to Larry and Curly...

Skinny dude in the middle is dressed in rags. I know it's just a ploy to get us to send money but it worked on me. I sent cash today. Couldn't help myself, he looked so pitiful. Next they'll be complaining they can't afford tape to put on the bridge of their glasses. Or pocket protectors for their pencils.
