Kevin James is a lawyer!
According to Wikipedia (?) Kevin James is a lawyer and a member of the California Bar. That blows me away. He doesn't present himself as someone with that level of education.

2. OK you mean the one who plays a delivery truck driver on TV
because the one who was on with tweety the other night ain't smart enough to find a bar let alone pass the bar.

In fact I doubt he'd be smart enough to drive a delivery truck.

20. Kevin James the actor should sue Kevin James the talking head
for defamation of character by having the same name.

7. Here you go
BA - University of Oklahoma
JD - University of Houston

Houston is ranked 55th in US News and World Report; 159/165 LSAT and a median GPA of 3.59. Not bad. I wonder how he got in.

14. He was not a history major, I guess
Frankly, I'm not impressed by either school. As for a GPA of 3.59, was that undergraduate?

6. As a lawyer myself, I can tell you - don't get your hopes up on history.
Many lawyers love history. Kevin James isn't one of them. I am a formerly practicing lawyer who is damned proud of being a lawyer, but they are ignoramuses as much as anybody else.

Good for Chris Matthews. Now, if ANY of them ever had the guts to take on the uneducated TOP TWO of the right wing - Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity - that I would pay for.

But they never do. I guarantee you neither Sean nor Rush had any clue about Chamberlain, either.

24. No, actually you have to have some intellect.
You don't need to be brilliant, but you really can not be an idiot either. It is not about training. In fact, in law school you receive no training to be a lawyer. Law school can be a very competitive and intellectual atmosphere. Take my word for it, I know.

21. One of the most ignorant, rude, and classless men I have ever met is a lawyer.
He's an ambulance chaser and possibly a sociopath.

Earning (or buying) a Law degree does not necessarily mean that someone is educated.

Forget the exact wording but he pretty much said to UT "remember how you rejected me? I'm in charge of your funding/system now"

26. Those Who Do Practice...Those Who Don't Get Hired By Salem
Be assured if this dude were a decent lawyer he'd be making the big bucks in some repugnican firm making seven figures a year, rather than the peanuts he probably makes working for that LA station...and its owners, the notoriously cheap Salem Communications. His hope here is to be the next Rushbo...the great "white hope"...and then try to parlay that into a political career. In that case, just knowing talking points and screaming is all that is needed...in fact, that's part of the "training" to be a wingnut hate radio "star".

Remember, this dude was probably breast fed on kool-aid...never had to look at the world or history in a realistic view. It's a black and white world and one that many people feel comfortable living in.
