Poll question: Are you a "single issue" voter?
Are you especially consumed with one issue, to the point that that one issue is a deal-breaker for you?

If so, what is it?

1. I hate single-issue voting.
In Louisiana you could find throngs of (Catholic) voters who voted solely on abortion. There must be something else worthy of consideration.

5. Yeah, and how's that working for them
I have relatives, but no friends, that are normally fairly intelligent people but they are the stupidest voters.

2. I'm a self avowed Zionist who supported Kucinich.
I guess that answers your question pretty good since Dennis is the most Palestinian friendly politician who ran this year.

There are many issues I care deeply about.

But.....the person running must have a "D" next to their name.

4. Used to be
A long time ago I considered humanitarian foreign policy the most important issue and whoever wanted to increase funds for healthcare and infrastructure abroad. But most dems are offering that now so it isn't a single issue thing for me.

7. There is a guy I know who is a repuke...
he's only voting for mclame because he's "against" abortion.

Now get this, the guy is catholic.

I asked him if he was aware that habee endorsed mclame. He said yes. And was he aware that mclame sort out habee's endorsement? He said yes again.

But...

he wasn't aware of the habee deal were habee said something along the lines that the catholic church was evil.

He didn't believe it. I showed him the clip.

I was amusing to watch someones brain short out before my eyes.

It's amazing to me how people can be single issue voters in the complex playing field we are in and how that single issue concept over rules their best interests.

just amazing.

8. 2 little things
It's Hagee, not Habee. I'd hate for you to lose an argument over a single letter.

I am also "against abortion," insofar as I'd rather it never happen. I am also against war, against motorcyclists not wearing helmets, and against boys dating my daughter. But I also recognize that some of these things are sometimes necessary or inevitable. I'm still against them.
