Since the Congress will do nothing to enforce the subpoena, they deserve ridicule.
Why the hell subpoena him when you know he will refuse and you plan to just sit on your respective butts and allow him to do so.

It's all a stupid farce because the almighty Bush STILL scares the pants off our representatives.
