Rejecting Authority at Police State Checkpoint

The checkpoint in this video was nearly 50 miles north of the Mexican border, so it would have been utterly pointless in stopping illegal immigration.

Watch this video and see what happens. Then ask yourself why we are so compliant? Would you have refused to answer the officer's questions?

5. This wasn't a police checkpoint. It was a border guard checkpoint. They have no jurisdiction

I do believe though that they are doing this to condition us to living in a police state.

10. I've been through a couple of these

One time in Texas, they circled a dog around our car and held a mirror underneath it. As we pulled away, DH joked that he was glad he decided not to bring back a load of marijuana from Mexico.

But every other time, as soon as they see we are white, they let us go on. Last year, in California, we watched while they pulled every car driven by a Hispanic looking person over to one side while they waved on everyone who wasn't Hispanic without even talking to them.
