BUT...we Dems couldn't possibly put forward the most progressive candidate. The one, the ONLY one that would work to:

bring troops home right away;
legalize gay marriage;
bring forth single payer or universal health care;
stand up to big corporations;
impeach and indict the war criminals.

Yeah, but he's short. Oh, and he's odd looking (unlike that Q-Tip looking fuckwit, there).

At times, I'm ashamed of the idiot leaders of this fucking party, and the supporters who pretend to be Dems.

God fucking forbid we ACTUALLY get change. HILLBAMA '08!! Lots more of the same...but light. Yes!!!!!

Although, it does say something about us that we can have a Dennis Kucinich in our party, along with a Barbara Lee and Paul Wellstone, etc.

You find that as our ideal and not our standard.

...then no one would have anything to complain about.

Plus, we're the party of the big tent, we've got lots of different people in our party. We're not perfect, and it would be unreasonable to believe we are or ever could be.

And after many hours in labor the baby finally come out.

The baby looks around the delievery room, settles on the doctor holding him, and says "Are you my daddy?"

The doctor looks astonished adn replies "No, I'm the doctor."

"Fuck you," the newborn says, and looks at the nurse standing nearby. "Are you my daddy?"

The nurse replies with some surpise "Why, no. No, I'm not."

"Fuck you," the newborn says, and looks around the rooom until he spies the woman's husband. "Are you my father?"

"Why yes, yes I am!" says teh father happily.

"Pick me up!" teh baby says. The father picks him up and cuddles him.

"Higher!" The father picks him up and holds him to his chest.

"HIGHER!" screams the baby. The father picks him up until they are face-t0-face.

The baby reaches out and begins repeatedly and emphatically poking his father in the forehead.

"How do you like it, you bastard! Feed good, you inconsiderate ass? Now you know how it feels!"
